1. Understanding Account Types

Our network supports four distinct account roles. Select the one that matches your goals during registration:

Members: Browse profiles, send service requests, add favorites, and leave reviews.
Independent Profiles: Create a full gallery, set incall/outcall rates, manage your availability calendar, and receive direct targeted requests.
Virtual Profiles: Focus strictly on digital interactions. Perfect for creators offering online-only content, chat, or virtual sessions.
Merchants: Set up a custom storefront with a unique Store Name to offer physical or digital products.

2. Getting Started & Logging In

Creating Your Account

Navigate to the Registration page and choose your account type.
Fill in your credentials or use the 1-Click Google Login for instant access.
If you registered via email, check your inbox for the validation link.
Action Required: Click the validation link within 3 days, or your pending account will be automatically cleared from the system.

Pro Tip: Having trouble receiving the email? You can easily update your email address or hit the "Resend Validation" button directly from the pending registration screen.

3. Perfecting Your Profile

Setting Your Service Locations (Crucial for Search)

To ensure clients find you in local searches and broadcast requests, your location must be set correctly using our hierarchical database. Do not type your location manually.

Go to Edit Profile.
Locate the Country dropdown menu and select your country.
Once selected, the State dropdown will unlock and populate. Make your selection.
Finally, the City dropdown will activate. Select your specific city.

Live Identity Verification

Earning the coveted "Verified" badge builds immediate trust with your audience.

Navigate to the Verify Account tab in your dashboard.
Click to launch the secure camera interface.
Follow the on-screen prompts to capture a live snapshot of your ID card, followed by a live liveness-check selfie (a quick blink will trigger the capture).
Our administrative team will review the securely encrypted snapshots and approve your badge.

4. Stories, Engagement & Broadcasts

Uploading Stories

Keep your audience engaged with dynamic daily updates.

Tap the Add Story button on your dashboard.
Upload a high-quality Image, MP4, or WebM video. (Maximum file size: 64MB).
Your story goes live immediately. Viewers can send direct email replies straight from your story player!

The Advanced Service Broadcast System

Members can skip manual browsing by broadcasting their exact needs to verified providers in their area.

Members: Open the Service Request widget.
Select the Appointment Type (Incall, Outcall, or Virtual).
Select your exact location from the database dropdowns, pick a date/time, and write a short description (Max 50 words).
Hit Broadcast. The system instantly pings all verified, active providers matching those exact criteria.
Providers: You will receive an instant push alert in your notification dropdown. You can click Accept, Decline, or Skip.
Once a provider accepts, a private chat room is instantly generated in the Doja Chat to finalize the details!

5. Frequently Asked Questions

What does the "Smash or Pass" feature do?

It's a quick, fun way to show interest! When you vote "Smash" on a profile, the creator immediately receives a discreet notification letting them know you admire their page.

Why was my profile set to private?

If your independent registration requires a fee or your premium status expires, your profile may automatically switch to private visibility. Simply visit your dashboard to renew your package and reactivate your public listing.

How do I manage my Merchant Store name?

Log into your Merchant account, go to Edit Profile, and look for the "Merchant Store Details" box. You can update your official store name there at any time.

Are my verification photos stored publicly?

Absolutely not. Live verification snapshots (ID and Face) are sent directly to the site administrators via a secure internal mailer for manual review and are never displayed on your public profile.
